Our bodies are a masterful work of many functions, we were created as an integrated system. There is no "one size fits all" approach to addressing hormone imbalance. Many factors will affect your specific plan. Lab tests are the only way to create a tailor-made treatment plan.
Dutch Test
The Dutch Plus test is one of the most scientifically studied and peer reviewed method of hormone testing that exists today. The Dutch Plus is different than most hormone labs which only look at hormone levels. Dutch Plus gives you accurate data on all of your hormone levels but also looks at how you are metabolizing these hormones. This helps us to understand if there are any potential issues or health consequences as a result of your current hormone dosages or a need for more of less of any hormone depending upon how your body is using these hormones. It also gives us insight into your Cortisol levels over a 24 hour period which allows us to assist you in stress management and adrenal support.

LabCorp-Thyroid Panel
A blood draw is currently the only accurate way to measure thyroid hormones. Thyroid hormones are rarely measured correctly and are crucial to weight, energy and mental health as well as cellular metabolism.
Testing for TSH only is outdated and not helpful as it is coming from the pituitary gland not the hormones. To gain the full picture of thyroid health we like to see: TSH + T3free + T4free + Reverse T3. This helps us understand how much of the circulating hormone you have in your system and how it is working.

GI Map-Stool Test
The Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus (GI-MAP) is an innovative clinical tool that measures gastrointestinal microbiota DNA from a single stool sample with state of the art, quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) technology.
